Doi Suthep - Chiang Mai

Jaswant Thada - Jodhpur

The Jaswant Thada ist a wonderful white marble rajah memorial situated near Meherangarh Fort, in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. This place can be reached by foot after a visit at the Fort. Both visit takes about half day and are a must if you visit Jodhpur. Beside the monument itself, you will have a beautiful view over the city and the fort. The gardens are also a walk worth....

 

Mehrangarh Fort - Jodhpur

The Mehrangarh Fort is the most magnificent fort in Jodhpur and may be in the whole Rajasthan. The fort is amongst the popular tourist places in in Jodhpur and in India. It is situated on a hill and you will have from there a wonderful view over the city of Jodhpur and over the Jaswant Thada. The Mehrangarh Fort can be reached from the city through a circular road by foot or taking a taxi. 

This is a place you shouldn't miss if you visit Rajasthan. Can be easely combined with a visit to the Jaswant Thada. For both visit places, you should plan about half day.
